'ZONING DISTRICT MAP'" <br />OF THE 1979 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.070 C. of the 'Zoning District Map' of the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code; is amended to rezone the following described property from Agricultural (AG) <br />and Rural Residential (RR) to Open Space Preservation (OP) Zoning District to wit: <br />The property consists of 20 acres of the East half of Northeast Quarter of Section 12, <br />Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, being the West 329.5 feet of the East <br />half of Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 29, Range 21, and the East 330 feet of the <br />West 659.5 feet of the North 660 feet of the Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section <br />12, Township 29, Range, 21 and is commonly known as 11825 50th Street N., Lake Elmo. <br />Section 2.
