AMENDMENT: Section 301.070 C " Zoning District Map" of the 1979 Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to designate the following described property as Public Facility (PF) <br />The South 1/2 of the Southwest 114 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township <br />29, Range 21; lying northerly of the right-of-way of 45th Street; and the East 125 <br />feet of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, <br />Township 29, Range 21. <br />SECTION 2.
