ORDINANCE 81-32
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 C "ZONING DISTRICT MAP"
OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT: Section 301.070 C " Zoning District Map" of the 1979 Lake Elmo Municipal
Code is hereby amended to designate the following described property as Public Facility (PF)
The South 1/2 of the Southwest 114 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township
29, Range 21; lying northerly of the right-of-way of 45th Street; and the East 125
feet of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10,
Township 29, Range 21.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication
according to law.
