AMENDMENT: Section 301.070 C " Zoning District Map" of the 1979 Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to rezone the following described property from Agricultural (AG) to Rural <br />Residential (RR); to wit: <br />The North 388.80 feet of the South Half of the North Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 2. Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Subject to Keats Avenue North and other easements, if any. <br />SECTION 2.
