AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 C "ZONING DISTRICT MAP"
OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT: Section 301.070 C " Zoning District Map" of the 1979 Lake Elmo Municipal
Code is hereby amended to rezone the following described property from Agricultural (AG) to Rural
Residential (RR); to wit:
The North 388.80 feet of the South Half of the North Half of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 2. Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota.
Subject to Keats Avenue North and other easements, if any.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication
according to law.
