CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASEINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 8133 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 C. "ZONING DISTRICT MAP" OF <br />TBE 1979 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.070 C. "Zoning District Map" of the 1979 Lake <br />Elmo Municipal Code is amended to designate the following described property as Rl, <br />Single Family Residential; as shown on Attachment A (map). <br />That Part of Lot 1, said COUNTY AUDITOR'S PLAT NO. 8 described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest comer of said Lot 16; thence on an assumed bearing of <br />South 72 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds West along the northwesterly line of Lot 10, said <br />COUNTY AUDITOR'S PLAT NO. 8, a distance of 28.09 feet to the northwest conrer of <br />said Lot 10; thence North 08 degrees 52 minutes 36 seconds West, a distance of 262.39 <br />feet to the intersection with the southwesterly extension of the northwesterly line of said <br />Lot 16; thence North 72 degrees 44 minutes 52 seconds East, along said extension a <br />distance of 70.50 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 16; thence on a bearing of <br />South, along the west line of said Lot 16, a distance of 271.87 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective the day following its publication. <br />ADOPTION: Passed by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo the 16th day of July, <br />1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />f�2 <br />Mary Kue r, Ci A 'strator <br />Published in the Stillwater Gazette on the I9 thday of Ju1'7 , 1996. <br />
