AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.120 A. 1. OF THE LAKE ELMO
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO HEIGHT OF ANTENNAS ON TOWERS
The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that Section 301.120A.1. is hereby
amended to read as follows:
301.120A.1. Antennas shall not be located on structures in excess of sixty-five
(65) feet in height unless the structures are existing water towers and the
antennas are only an accessory use on the water towers.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective the day following its
publication.
ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo the 16th
date of July, 1996.
