AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 208.010 OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO SALARIES OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
Section 1. Amendment: Section 208.010 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code relating to the
Salaries of the Mayor and City Council is hereby amended; to wit:
The Mayor of the City of Lake Elmo shall be paid an annual salary of $2900.00, and
each Council Member of the City of Lake Elmo shall be paid an annual salary of
$2300.00.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective January 1, 1997 upon its
passage and publication according to law.
