ORDINANCE 51-411
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 C
"ZONING DISTRICT MAP" OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.070 C of the Lake Ehno Municipal Code is hereby
amended to rezoning the following described parcel from Rural Residential to Open Space
Development District; to wit:
The NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 25, Township 29N, Range 21 W according to U.S.
Government Survey thereof.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
