AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 C
"ZONING DISTRICT MAP" OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.070 C of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code hereby amended
to rezone the following described parcels of land from Agricultural and Rural Residential to
Open Space Preservation District; to wit:
That part of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 114 of Section 12, Township 29
North, Range 21 West, which lies Northwesterly of State Trunk Highway No. 5. (37012-2100).
That part of the East 112 of the West 112 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12, T,0lcy.SH/,0 d-Y
North, Range 21 West, which lies Northwesterly of State Trunk Highway No. 5 and /whelajs o4/E5
Northeasterly of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 61. (37012-2200)
The East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 12, Township 29 North,
Range 21, West. (37012-2700)
The East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 29, Range 21, except the
Easterly 195 feet of the South 135 feet of said East half of the Northeast Quarter; also exce t the
Westerly 20 acres of said East half of Northeast Quarter being the West 3295 feet of the Ass. / p1,47
of Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 29, Range 21; also except the East 330 feet a=Tr# E

lying Northerly and Westerly of the road now known as State Trunk Highway No. 212; except the
South 100 feet of the West half of Northwest Quarter of said Section 7; and except the following
described real estate in the said West half of Northwest Quarter of Section 7, described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest comer of Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 29, Range 20,
thence North along the West line of said Northwest Quarter for 676.7 feet; thence East and parallel
with the South line of said Northwest Quarter for 50 feet to the point of beginning of this
description; thence East and parallel with said South line of Northwest Quarter for 620.24 feet to
the centerline of Minnesota Highway No. 212, as now located and travel; thence Northeasterly
along said centerline of Minnesota Highway No. 212 for 103.97 feet; thence West and parallel
with said South line of Northwest Quarter for 64&69 feet; thence South and parallel and 50 feet
East of said West line of Northwest Quarter for 100.00 feet to the point of beginning; and except
