AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 C
"ZONING DISTRICT MAP" OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.070C of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code
hereby amended to rezone the following described parcels of land from Agricultural
to Open Space Preservation District; to wit:
All that part of the NE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 29, Range 21, East
Oakdale Township, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of Section 3, Township 29, Range 21, Washington
County, Minnesota, thence South along the West line of said Section 3 for 635 feet
to the point of beginning of description; thence continuing South along said East line
of Section 3 for 800 feet to its intersection with the East - West Sixteenth line of the
NE 1/4 of said Section 3; thence West along said Sixteenth line of the NE 1/4 of
said section 3; thence West along said Sixteenth line for 900 feet; thence North and
parallel with said East line, Section 3 for 800 feet; thence East 900 feet to the point
of beginning; except a strip of land 2 rods wide along the East side of the NE 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 29, Range 21.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage
and publication according to law.
