AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 535.19 OF THE
LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO SIGNS
The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that Section 535.19 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
535.19 Service Stations: Service stations and accessory uses may
erect one pedestal sign for each street face not to exceed six (6) feet
in height anywhere in setback area, but no part of any such sign shall
be closer to side lot lines than the required side yard setback nor
within five (5) feet of the rear lot line or street right-of-way. The sign
face shall not exceed thirty (30) square feet.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective the day
following its publication.
ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the City Council of the City of Lake
Elmo the date of October 1, 1996.
