ORDINANCE 81 4'
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 D.16 Subd..7.B.I.b.c.d. OF THE
LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE.
The Lake Elmo City Council ordains that Section 301.070 D.16 Subd.7.B.l.b.c.d. of the
Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.070D.16 Subd7.B. Lb. of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code
is hereby amended; to wit:
b. Deeded to the City of Lake Elmo for public purposes with permanent conservation
restriction (in accordance with M.S. 84C.01.05), to an acceptable Land Trust as
approved by the City: or
Section 2. Amendment: Section 301.070D16. Subd.7.B.l.c. and d. is added to the Lake Elmo
Municipal Code; to wit:
c. Deeded to the City for Open Space purposes or conveyed by easement to the city.
d. Title to areas dedicated for private pathways and/or steep sloped areas may be held by
private property owner with a conservation easement dedicated to a homeowners
association or to the city, but shall not be counted as the required open space.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective the day following its publication.
ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the City Council of the City' of Lake E the 19th day of
November, 1996. f
