CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 81-4q <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.130 C.Lb. OF THE <br />LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO <br />THE HEIGHT OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURES <br />Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.130 C. Lb of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows; to wit: <br />Section 301,130 C.I.b. Detached Residential Garage. A one-story accessory building <br />used or intended for the storage of motor driven passenger vehicles as regulated by Section <br />301.130C. Subdivision 4 "e Lake Elmo Municipal Code, with a maximum roof height of <br />twenty (20) feet. No door or other access opening shall exceed fourteen (14) feet in height. <br />The exterior color, design, amd materials shall be similar to the principal structure. <br />Section 2.
