OF THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE HEIGHT OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURES Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.130 C. Lb of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows; to wit: Section 301,130 C.I.b. Detached Residential Garage. A one-story accessory building used or intended for the storage of motor driven passenger vehicles as regulated by Section 301.130C. Subdivision 4 "e Lake Elmo Municipal Code, with a maximum roof height of twenty (20) feet. No door or other access opening shall exceed fourteen (14) feet in height. The exterior color, design, amd materials shall be similar to the principal structure. Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication according to law.
