Beutel Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezoning City of Lake Elmo Washington County, Minnesota Ordinance 81- 09 An Ordinance Amending the Future Land Use Map of Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan and Section 301.070 D.14 of the 1979 Lake Elmo Municipal Code Section 1. Amendment: The Future Land Use Map of the 1990 Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan is amended to designate the following described property as RED. Section 2. Amendment: Section 301.070 D.14 (Zoning Map) of the 1979 Lake Elmo Municipal Code is amended and rezones the following described parcel from Rural Residential to Residential Estates: All that part of the East One-half of the Southeast Quarter (E 1/2 of SE 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West, Washington County, Minnesota, more fully -described in Exhibit "A" annexed hereto and made a part hereof (Identified by Washington County Property Tax No. 37016-2200) EXHIBIT A All that part of the East One-half of the Southeast Quarter (E 1/2 of SE 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West, Washington County, Minnesota, lying and being North and West of the centerline of Washington County Highway No. 6 (formerly part of State Highway No. 212) except as follows: All that part thereof lying North of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad right-of-way and South of the right-of-way of Minnesota State Highway No. 5 (formerly Minnesota State Highway No. 212). The South 162.5 feet of the North 287.50 Feet of the East 308.05 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE 1/4 of SE 1/4) of said Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West.
