STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1602.030 APPLICATION, DRIVEWAYS. <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that Section 1602.030 is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1602.030 Application. Any person desiring said permit shall present <br />written application to the City describing the project along with a <br />site plan that indicates that the requirements of this Chapter is met. <br />For new residential developments, these site plans shall be reviewed <br />by the City Building Inspector.
