AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1602.030 APPLICATION, DRIVEWAYS.
The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that Section 1602.030 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
1602.030 Application. Any person desiring said permit shall present
written application to the City describing the project along with a
site plan that indicates that the requirements of this Chapter is met.
For new residential developments, these site plans shall be reviewed
by the City Building Inspector. In Commercial Districts, driveways
shall be reviewed as part of the site plan review by the City Planner.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be effective the day following
its publication.
ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the City C uncil of he City of Lake Elmo
the 20th day of June 1995.
