AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 301.070 D.l.b. (6)
RELATING TO RECORDING STUDIOS INITIALLY ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE 80-89 ON AUGUST 17, 1993
Section 1. Amendment* Section 301.070 D.l.b.(6),initially adopted by Ordinance
8089 on August 17,, 1993 permitting Recording Studios by Conditional Use Permit in
the Agricultural Zoning District is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication according to law.
Adoption Date: Passed by the City Council of the City 4Lake Elmo the 18th day of
July, 95. _
