ORDINANCE 81- 25
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 C. "ZONING DISTRICT MAP" OF
THE 1979 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.070 C. "Zoning District Map" of the 1979 Lake Elmo
Municipal Code is amended to designate the following described property as LB - Limited
Business; as shown on Attachment A (map).
That part of the East one-half of the Southeast one-fourth, lying North of the Chicago and
Northwestern Railroad Right -of -Way and South of State Highway No. 5 (formerly 212) all in
Section 16, Township 29, Range 21, being 17 acres more or less, according to the United States
Government survey thereof, subject to an easement for roadway purposes over the Easterly 50
feet thereof, and subject to easements and restrictions of record.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective the day following its publication.
ADOPTION: Passed by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo
1995.
