AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1001.040 G,
AND ADDING SECTION 1002.040 J
TO 1979 MUNICIPAL CODE OF LAKE ELMO
Section 1. Amendment: Section 1002.040 G. of the 1979 Municipal
Code of Lake Elmo is hereby amended, and Section 1002.040 J of the 1979
Municipal Code of Lake Elmo is hereby added, and shall read as follows:
1002.040 G. On both sides of Lake Jane Trail North, from 250'West of
Jamaca Avenue to Jane Road North.
Section 1002.040 J. On both sides of Jamaca Avenue North 475 feet
south of its intersection with Lake Jane Trail.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective upon
its passage, publication according to lay, and upon provaI by the
Commissioner of Natural Resources.
