STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />ORDINANCE 8094 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070C OF THE <br />1979 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE AS IT RELATES TO THE <br />ZONING DISTRICT MAP <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT: Section 301.070C of the Lake Elmo Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to change the zoning from Rural Residential (RR) to <br />Residential Estates (RE) the following described parcel owned by Lake Elmo <br />Heights Limited Partnership: <br />Lake Elmo Heights 2nd Addition, Outlot A <br />SECTION 2. EFFECT DATE: This ordinance shall become effective the day <br />following its publication. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 19th day of <br />April, 1994. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Kueffn i{y Administrator <br />Published in the Stillwater Gazette Extra on the 4t1i day of May, 1994. <br />
