AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070 C
ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF THE 1979 MUNICIPAL CODE OF LAKE ELMO
Section 1. Amendment: Section 301.070C of the 1979 Municipal Code
of Lake Elmo is hereby amended, and the following described property shall be
rezoned from Agricultural (AG) to Rural Residential (RR):
The North 388.80 feet of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 29, Range 21,
Washington County, Minnesota. Subject to easements, if any,
and subject to Keats Avenue North.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective
