AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 301.070 D.1.b.(6) OF THE LAKE ELMO
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO ALTERNATIVE USES IN THE AGRICULTURAL ZONING
DISTRICT
The City Council ordains that Section 301.070 D.1.b. (6) be deleted from the
Municipal Code.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 21 st day of June, 1994.
The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective the day following its
publication.
