ORDINANCE NO. 8101
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC LAND DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS.
The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains that Section
401.400(A) of the Lake Elmo City Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 401.400. Parkland Dedication Requirements.
A. Land Dedication. Except as hereinafter provided, the
owners of land being subdivided shall dedicate a
reasonable portion of such land to the City for public
use as parks, playgrounds, trails or open space. The
land dedication requirement shall be roughly proportional
to the impact of the proposed development as determined
by the City Council and shall not exceed the following
maximum percentages of the total area being subdivided
within various zoning districts:
