STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />ORDINANCE N0.8079 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 301.070C OF THE <br />1979 LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE AS IT RELATES TO THE <br />ZONING DISTRICT MAP <br />The Lake Elmo City Council hereby ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT: Section 301.070C of the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to change the zoning from <br />Agricultural (A) to Rural Residential (RR) the following <br />described parcel: <br />That part of the North Half of the North Half <br />of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 29 <br />North, Range 21 West, City of Lake ELmo, Washington <br />County, Minnesota. <br />SECTION 2.
