CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE 80- 81 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 204.018 OF THE 1979 LAKE ELMO <br />MUNICIPAL CODE AS IT RELATES TO THE STARTING TIME OF THE REGULAR <br />MEETINGS OF THE LAKE ELMO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo ordains: <br />SECTION I. AMENDMENT: Section 204.018 of the 1979 Municipal Code of the <br />City of Lake Elmo is hereby amended to change the regular meeting times of the Lake <br />Elmo Planning Commission, and will read as follows: <br />204.018 Regular Meetings: Regular meetings shall be ehld in the City Hall at 7:00 <br />p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. No action shall be taken in the <br />absence of a quorum except to adjourn the meeting to a subsequent date. A regular <br />meeting may be canceller) or rescheduled by the_Corn.mission-at a_priar meeting or if <br />there are no scheduled agenda items on. the. Thursday prior. to the meeting._ All. action <br />taken by the Commission shall be by the affirmative vote of a majority of the members <br />present. <br />SECTION 2.
