ORDINANCE NO. 8043 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF LAKE ELMO <br />The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo ordains: <br />Section 1. AMENDMENT: Section 301.070C. Zoning District Map <br />of the 1979 Municipal Code of the City of Lake Elmo is hereby amended <br />to change the zoning from Rural Residential (RR) to Residential <br />Estates (R.E.) to wit. <br />That part of the Southeast nuarter of the Northwest Quarter; <br />that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; <br />and that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; <br />all in Section 3, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, <br />Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Section 2. _EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall become <br />effective upon it passage and publication dopted by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo this ht day 1 <br />^;vid Johnson, r <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Kue fner, y Administrator <br />
