AMENDMENT: Section 301.070C - zoning district map <br />of the 1979 Lak Elmo Municipal Code is hereby amended by rezoninq the <br />following described land from Rural Residential (RR) to Agricultural; <br />to with: <br />That part of the South Four Hundred Forty-five and Five Tenths <br />(445.5) feet (as measured along the east line) of the East <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter (E 1/2 of NE 1/4), Section Eleven <br />(11), in Township Twenty-nine (29( North, of Range Twenty-one <br />(21) West, Washington County, Minnesota, lying west of the East <br />Three Hundred Ninety-six (396) feet (as measured along the south <br />line) thereof. <br />Subject to and together with any valid easements, restrictions <br />and reservations. <br />According to the United.
