STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8049 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 301.070 D.3.c. (R) THRU (9) <br />TO THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />The City Council ordains that Section 301.070 D.3.c. (8) thru (9) <br />shall be added to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code to read as follows: <br />(8) All dwelling units must be at least twenty (20) feet wide <br />through the main living area of the structure. <br />(9) The structure must have continuous frost footinas. Continuous <br />frost footings are not required for porches, decks, and other <br />appendages so long as proper post type footings per existing <br />building codes are constructed.. <br />Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective the day following <br />publication. <br />Adoption Date: Passed by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />the 4th day of June, 1991. <br />Dav <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary KubffneIrCity Administrator <br />Publication Date: Published on the 10th_ of July 1991. <br />t.
