STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />CITY OF LAKE ELP10 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8051 <br />AN ORDINANCE. ADDING SECTION 301.070 D.13.c. (10) THRU (11) <br />TO THE LAKE ELMO MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />The City Council ordains that Section 301.070 D.13.c. (10) thru (11) <br />shall be added to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code to read. as follows: <br />(10) All dwelling units must be at least twenty (20) feet wide <br />through the main living area of the structure. <br />(11) The structure must have continuous frost footinas.
