The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains the following <br /> properties to be rezoned from PF - Public and Quasi-Public Open Space to GCC - Golf <br /> Course Community: <br /> PIDs: <br /> 25.029.21.12.0001 25.029.21.14.0001 25.029.21.21.0001 25.029.21.31.0001 <br /> 25.029.21.43.0002 25.029.21.44.0001 25.029.21.43.0001 25.029.21.42.0001 <br /> SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo also hereby ordains that the Zoning <br /> Administrator shall make the applicable changes to the official Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Lake Elmo. <br /> SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br /> adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br /> SECTION 4. Adoption Date.
