CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br /> COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 08-18 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A STREET IN THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby renames Irving Circle N as <br /> platted in the Inwood 5th Addition Plat: <br /> SECTION 2. <br /> Subd. 1. For the purpose of this ordinance, the terms defined in this section shall have <br /> the meanings ascribed to them. <br /> Subd. 2. Existing Street Name. The term existing street name shall mean the name by <br /> which a street is designated on the Inwood 5th Addition Plat. <br /> Subd. 3. New Street Name. The term new street name shall mean the name by which <br /> a street shall be known from and after the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3. The Existing Street Name of Irving Circle N as designated on the Inwood 5th <br /> Addition Plat shalt have a New Street Name of Irving Court N. <br /> SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br /> adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br /> SECTION 5. Adoption Date.
