Meeting called to order at 8:05 PM by Mayor Urtel.
Roy Dorngcld, Lloyd Ebne, Louis Urtel, and Donald Mehsikomer.
Rod Lawson was on.hand at the request of the council to assist
:in making plans to acquire property for the Village of Lake Elmo
Waterworks.
Several parcels of land were considered with a final decision.
to contact Mr. Ernst Reibe on the property he has offered which
is South of the residence of Charles Ponath.. Negotiations would
also be made to get rights for access to the property from Pair.

Clerk advised that he had received 025.00 for a, gas permit
license from Roy Dornfeld. Also received was a, check for 18.010
for dog licenses from drill-ard. Griffin.

Motion by Roy Dornfeld second by Lloyd Ebne that the following
bills be ordered paid.
