Meeting called to order at 7:18PM by Mayor Brookman.
Present:Brookman,Abercrombie,Bbne and Mehsikomer.
Minutes of the April 2,6 and 8th read and approved,
Council voted to schedule 2 meetings a month for the months of June
July and. August on a motion by Abercrombie 2nd by Ebne. Carried 4/0/
Clerk Me7sikomer was requested to write to Larson Tank Company re-
garding the.Long range contract with the cost of repainting the tank
covered inAhe annual expense over a five year period.
Perry Clark of the highway department at St. Paul Park (698 1405)
that they will investigat the traffic situation on Highway 12 and
Lake Elmo Road and also with County Rd 15.
The warming house at the skating rinkmhas been sold for the consid-
eration on $ 1. Roy Dorngeld is to be informed so that if he wants
the furnace he may remove it beddre the bldg is moved.
Thursday May 18 is a special meeting with East Oakdale and Oakdale
at the Oakdale town hall at 8PM.
The exchange betwwen Leitte and Lake Elmo has been proposed and the
cost of landfill at the tracks on lots 15 & 16 would cost an estim-
ated $1,300.00 per quote from Carl Olinger.
Motion by Ebne 2nd by Abercrombie that Holm (Surveyor) Leitte and
the Village get together and get the abstract prepared. Carried 4/0
Basic meter cos t for a new meter is increased from $31 to $40 due
to the increased cost of the meters.
