Minutes of -the Lake :Elmo Village Council May 6, 1969.
Meeting Called to order at 7;05PM by Mayor Brockman.
Present:Brookman,Abercrombie,Boorman,Ebne and Mehsikomer.
Minutes of the April 1, 1969 meeting read and approved.
Per the instructions at the April 28,1969 meeting Mr8s ART Johnsony
Walter Freid.rich and Anton Freid.rich have been negotiating and. have a
proposal. on the drainage problem on the Johnson property and want the
council to pass on this proposal.
Monday May 129 1969 has been set as a special meeting of the council -to
review the street situation in -the village. Time 7:00PM.
Trustee Abercrombie was requested to consult with the engineers regarding
extending the water service on Fifth St. and advise Lee Richert what
action to take.
Don Raleigh to discuss the delinquent water bill of a welfare recipient
to determine if there would be any repercussions if the water was shut off.
Installation of a fluoridation system of the Lake Elmo Water System is
to be taken up at the next meeting og the council.
Trustee Ebne was requested to arrange for someone to paint the water
department pumphouse.
Some additional fill is still required at the Leite Property per the
agreement in trading i property. Carl Ol.in.ger to move additional. fill
as soon as he is able to move his Michigan over the roads.
Mayor Brockman to consult with NSP about drilling new holes in the tennis
court so the present metal net can be moved to the proper location on
the court service to allow for maximum useage.
Clerk instructed to certify copies of Ordinance 32 and get -them to Don
Raleigh for submittal to County Auditor
Clerk instructed to write to Henry Ellman requesting that he attbnd the
Ma 12 1969 to discuss the :Ellman addition. Time

set for 8:30PM in the Village Hall.
