Present:Brookman, Abercrombie,,Boorman, Ebne and Mehsikomer. Minutes of the April 28, 1969 and May 6, 1969 meetings read & approved. Art Johnson and Anton Friedrich were oh hand to discuss the drainage problem on Kalmia an the area by Mr. Johnson's property. A. Freedrich proposed that the Village give up) the area dedicated for a cul de sad. he would in turn have the excess soil removed and imn addition would dredge out the low area and replace it with a minimum of 25 yds of crushed rock.Motion so proposed, by Trustee Abercrombie 2nd by Trustee Ebne. Carried 4-0. Clerk instructed to write Mr. Johns on who left the meeting early and inform lim of the decision and include the fact that Mr. Friedrich had agreed that no permit.woul.d be requested fotr the remaining lot for at least ninety days. 2n 'd Trustee Abercrombie moved and Trustee Ebne `Yiat Village Clerk and. the Mayor be authorized to sign the Ellman Plat after Ellman has agreed to the road easement. Carried 4-0. Mr. Ellman to contact Don Raleigh, Village Attorney, regarding improvement of streets and on a regulation keeping the services above groung. It was pointed out and agreed to once again that only Lee Richert is authorized to tap new services on the watermain. Make up a new supply of forms for rwxd±xgxtkx the pumphouse record keeping,. Clerk to prepare a letter to the 'businessmen on Lake Elmo Road to attend a special. meeting at the Village Hall. on Friday -the 20th of June at 1:0OPM. This should include al.l individuals in the area from the tracks to the bank on the East and to the old bank on the West. of Lake Elmo Road. Don Raleigh advised that he did not feel that we would get into any trouble if we shut off the water at Ray Anderson's even though he is on welfare. Clerk was instructed to bring the bill for the rework on the pump to the next meeting.
