Thompson Disposal was on hand to discuss the garbage hauling problems
that confront the Village. It was pointed out that Thompson was in poor
taste by not presenting their mailing proposal. to the council before it
was sent to customers. It was pointed out that with the change to a new
and larger village that all the haulers would be advised that a license
would be required along with the regulations that would govern those re—
