MEETING OF THE, LAKE ELMO VILLAGE COUNCIL JANUARY 6, 1970
Meeting called to order at 7:30PM by Mayor Brookman.
Present:Brookman, Abercrombie, Boorman and Mehsikomer.

Meeting minutes from December 3, 1969 read and approved.
Clerk administered *be oath of office to Mayor Brookman.
Firechief Bjornson turned over $$50.00 to the village tax from the sale of
the excess pump.A check for Skit $$250.00 was received for one fire truck..
The 0300.00 is to be deposited in the Fire Department account .and dedic»
at.ed for paying debts incurred in the repair of the 1966 International
�" nker.
_rustee Boorman moved and Trustee Abercrombie 2.nd the motion that the
Village of Lake Elmo adopt Ordinances 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 107 and
108. Motion carried 3/0. Copies of Ordinances attached.
