Meeting called to order at 7:45 PM by Mayor Bra®kman. t ,cresent®Brookman9Watsen, Abercromble9Shervheim and Friedrich. & Mehsikomer Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of hake Ltlmo, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Mall in said Village an the 12th day of May, 1970, at 7:OOPM. The meeting was held plusuant to a resolution adopted April 279 19709 calling prublic hearing on the proposed improvements in said Village, as fore part- icularly described in the Notice of Public Hearing; ordered at. said April 27th meeting, a copy of which is attached heret&. The clerk presented affidavits showing; the due publication and mailing of the Notice of Hearing, and the Mayer announced that the Council would hear all persons who cared to be heard for or against the improvements as outlined in the Notice Of Hearing. All persons present were afforded an opportunity to present their views and objections to the making of said improvements, and no objections were presented, except as follows: NAIVE 01" OBJECTOR PROPERTY OBJECTION 1. The following all commented in favor of improvement: Kieth Russell., Tom Conway,Charles Winke and Don Conlin. Mayor Brookman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION DEFERRING FURTHER ACTION ON IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS,after due Notice of Public Hearing on the construction of street improvements far the Village of Lake Elmo, Minnesota,hearing an said im- provements was duly held and the Council has heard all persons desiring to be heard on the matter and has fully considered the same; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RES0LVED by the Village Council of the Village of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, that further action in the improvements be deferred. The Motion far the adoption of the f0rgoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Abercrombie and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follow«. ing voted in favor thereof: Bro©kman,Watson,,.Abererembie,.Shervheim and Friedrich* Against: None, Motion carried unanim orusly 5-0.
