3 0oneetroo and Associates are hereby autherieed to prepare final
planar and specifications on said street improvement as part of the
itreet improvements of 1970.
4.The Village Council hereby ratifies and affirms all prior aotionas
taken by the Vill.aago Uouncil in referonoe to said improvements, including.
but net limited to conducting a public hearing thereon,
Motion was seconded by 0suncialmaan Watson and the following vote taken;
In favors Shervheim,AberorombiepBrookman and Wa.teen; Voting against its
approval was 0ouncilmon Friedrich. Motion carried 4-1.
The question was raised about who is authorised to draw waiter off the
hydrasnte sand under whet conditions* Clerk was advised to advise all
potential waiter that they would have to clear taking water with the Vil-
logo Office and that they would be able to take water only from the hyd-
rant adjacent to the Village Office and then only under supervision.
Fee established is $3.00 for each load with up to a capacity of 5000 gals,
0ouncilmon Abercrombie moved that the Village Schedule a hearing on road
improvements on 7th Street. Meeting scheduled for Tuesday June 239 1970
at as001aPai at the Village hall. Motion seconded by Councilman 8hervheim.
Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Councilman Abercrombie 2nd by Councilman Friedrich that the
Village of Late Elmo approve the Special Use Permit request of Pemtoxa
to maintain and operate a. Trailer Coach Park Pursuant to Ordinance NO.
32 of the Town of Rest Oakdale for a term to .expire Ded'ember 11, 1970.
Motion carried 5-0.
mayor Brockman explained to Mr Hill and Mr. Berman of Femtom that the
inspection fee of Ordinance No. 32 ($7.50) dial not include the inspection
;Barges established for gas inspections under Or.dihanoe X0005, It was
further explained that the situation at Pemtom was a bit different in
that the Inspector would be able to group his inspections Find, would not
have to a3mkc a special call for each reasidence. Because of the di.fferenco
the Village offered a flat inspection charge for gas of $10.00 per unit.
Mayor Brookman explained further that there was :an *root test required
on each 'burner. This test would, not be conducted by the Village but the
Villaage inspecter would handle on a personal bustneas basis at a fee of
08.00. The Village did not care who conducted the test but required a
certified copy of the results before resident could move in. Clerk In-
structed to wend a letter to Pemtom explaining the Oh:aara&$*
Motion by 0ounoilmon Sherv1saim 2nd'by Oounoilmaan Abercrombie that Robert
Wier be appointed Deputy Plumbing Inspector of the Sewage Dept. to cover
the inspections: of drainfields and septic tanks. Carried 5-0.
