Meeting called to order at 2 7351PIW by Acting Mayor Watson.
Present:Brookma.n (8:41) Shervheim,Friedrich,Watson'Abercrambie & Mehsikomer.
Also present:Counsel Raleigh.
Motion by C.Shervheim 2nd by C.Friedrich that we approve the Special Use
Permit for a {gavel pit under the new Mining Ordinance and the mayor
and the clerk be authorized to sign said contract covering the agreement..
Motion carried 5--0.
Motion by C. Shervheim 2nd by C.Watson that meeting adjourn at 9s30PM.
Carried 5--0.
