Present : an,Abercrombie,Watson,Shervheim, Friedrich,P'a.rk & Mehsikomer.
Also pre ounsel Raleigh. Engineer Bonestroo arrived at 7:35 PM.

demnatio eedings regrrding the acquisition of 15 feet of property for
a childr kway from Lake Elmo Elementary School to Lake Elmo Ave. if
other arrients can not be made. Carried 5-0.
Mayor Br reactivated the salary study committee and requested that
they rev rrent situation and establish a standard procedure for handli
this stu a regular basis. Committee consists of C.Watson (chairman),
C.Abercr and C. Shervheim.
C. Aberc instructed to set up a procedure to follow regarding action
to be to id by whom in crisis situations which could occur in the water
departme ch as a break in the main. This should include alternatives
which mi e necessary during off work hours.

1972 mee be approved as submitted. Carried 5-0.
Clerk in ted to acknowledge registered letter received from Donald
Iiubenett arding water levels in Tri-lakes area.
Clerk adi that the State of Tdlinre sota-Dep: . of Highways had turned down
the requ or reduced speed on Hwy 212 beyond the present zone to the Eas
Clerk in ted to write the dept. again emphasizing the feelings of the
council cis matter.
Letter f4chool Dist. 834 regarding permits discussed. Counsel advised
that per could not be held up for reasons presented. Clerk advised to
acknoriledetter.
A committif 2 members of the council and 2 members of the PZC should be
formed taermine the need of a development consultant and draw up a
re comrnendn for presentation to the council.

to provi r the dispensing of Federal Grants direct to the villages in-
volved r� than thru the Metropolitan Server Board. Carried 5-0.
