Workshop Notes
September 12, 2007
Present: Mayor Johnston, Councilmembers DeLapp, Johnson, Park and Smith
Mayor Johnston called the workshop to order at 6:10 PM.
Administrator Hoyt explained that the purpose of the workshop was to hear a presentation by the
AUAR consultants on the Draft Village Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR).
Lisa Fay, Liza Gould, and John Shardlow presented a review of the AUAR process and the
existing conditions in the draft AUAR document for the Village Area.
Following the presentation, the city council asked questions and provided suggestions and
information for the draft document.
All participants were also invited to submit questions and comments on the draft Village Area
AUAR to the city administrator.
