Special City Council Meeting Minutes
September 21, 2007
Mayor Johnston called the special city council meting to order at 4:40 p.m. in the council
chambers at city hall.
Present: Mayor Johnston, Council Members DeLapp, Johnson, Park and Smith.
Also Present: City Administrator Hoyt, Finance Director Bouthilet, Project Assistant,
Carol Kriegler and IT Manager Tom Wegner.
Consider purchase of new server
Motion: Council Member DeLapp moved to approve the purchase of IT hardware and
software from PTN Computer Sales and Services Incorporated in an amount not to
exceed $20,000, Council Member Park seconded the motion. The motion passed
unanimously.
The Mayor adjourned the meeting at 4:43 p.m.
