Adjourn Mayor Johnston QUESTIONS: The presentation will likely raise many financial questions from the city council members and the public that are not answered at tonight's meeting. Please email your questions on the information to susan.hoytna lakeelmo.oro so the questions can be addressed by the financial consultants at the November 27, 2007 workshop from 6 to 8 p.m. AVAILABILITY: The workshop will be televised and the presentation will be available on the city's web site within 24 hours of the presentation. City of Lake Elmo City Council Workshop Notes October 30. 2007 Present: Mayor Johnston, Councilmembers DeLapp, Johnson, Park and Smith Mayor Johnston called the workshop to order at 6 PM. Administrator Hoyt explained that the purpose of the workshop was to hear a presentation by the financial consultant on the infrastructure associated with the proposed sewer. Jessica Cook and Jonathan North presented financing options for sewer in the two areas of the city that are planned for sewer in the city's comprehensive plan. Following the presentation, the city council asked questions followed by time for questions from the public attending the workshop. All participants were also invited to submit questions to the city administrator for responding to at the second workshop scheduled for November 27, 2007, when the questions would be answered.
