Present: Mayor Johnston, Councilmembers DeLapp, Johnson, Park and Smith
The workshop was called to order by Mayor Johnston at 6 PM.
Jonathan North of Ehlers gave a presentation on the sewer financing plan to the city council.
His presentation included:
A response to questions raised by the public (handout — on web)
A review of the assumptions that went into the model (powerpoint on web)
A review of the table of the model (handout and web)
A review of staff meetings with developers and property owners regarding future development
plans and up front contributions to pay for the pipe
A proposed process for the Village planning and implementation. (handout and web)
The council asked questions and discussed the topic.
The workshop was adjourned at 7:50 PM
