However, staff provides background information to the City <br />Council on each agenda item in advance; and decisions are based on this information and <br />experience. PUBLIC INQUIRIESANFORMATIONAL: <br />Public Inquiries/Informational is an opportunity for citizens to <br />bring the Council's attention any items not currently on the <br />A.
