Present: Eder,Watson,Abercrombie,Shervheim,Pott and Mehsikomor.
Also present: PZC members R. Dreher,R.Johnson,D.Lyons and Tom Torseth.
Meeting called to order at 7:37 P.M. by Mayor Eder..
I-94: C. Watson and C. Pott brought the Council up to
date on the I-94 Hwy. RAPP and I-94 Truth Committee
are the major objectors to original I-94 Routing.
A sub -committee has been working on a plan and
hope to have a tentative proposal by 4/5/74.
C. Pott is on this sub -committee.
Lake Elmo
Heights: Proposed plat covers 160 acres South of Stillwater
Blvd. and West of Cty. Hwy. 80. Village engineer
and county planner have been involved and PZC has
what they feel is a workable plan. PZC is request-
ing council approval for professional planner
(Midwest) assistance at this point to review and
pass comment on plan.
Motion by C. Watson 2nd by C. Shervheim to approve
expeiic7.iture of up to $400 to have Midwest. Planning_
review the proposed Lake Elmo Heights project.
Carried 5-0.
Adjournment7Motion by C. Abercrombie 2nd by C. Pott to adjourn
