SPECIAL MEETING OF THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 7, 1974
Meeting called to order at 6:51 by Mayor Eder.
Present:Eder, Abercrombie,Shervheim, Pott & Brookman.
Budget:Motion by C.Abercrombie 2nd by C.Shervheim to adopt a total
budget of $237,694.00. $17,694 anticipated cash balance,
$68,674 Local Government Aid, $5,326, from local permits and
fees and $1.46,000. from real estate .levy. Also levied are
those assessments levied against past improvements which have
not expired: 1961 Water @$5,500; 1966 Roads @$2,000; 1967 Roads
@$2,000; and 1970 Roads @$2,000 for $11,500.00 special
assessments. Carried 5-0.
Adjournmant:Motion by C.Shervheim 2nd by C.Brookman to adjourn at
7:307m.— — Carried 5-0.
